Our cards are crafted using heavy-weight, premium 350gsm cardstock with a soft-touch matte finish. Each card is designed to be a durable, tactile keepsake that feels as substantial as the memories it holds.
How do I access and share the Digital Memoir Site?
Once your site is live, you'll receive a unique secure link via email. If you choose a bundle, a custom QR code is printed directly onto your Physical card, allowing anyone with the card to scan and visit the digital sanctuary instantly.
When will my Treasured Collection bundle arrive?
Digital portions are usually ready within 2-3 business days. Physical cards are printed and shipped within 5 business days of your approval. We provide free tracked shipping for all bundle orders within the continental US.
Can I update the digital wall later?
Yes. The collaborative wall is designed to grow as more friends and family share their stories. You will have admin access to manage posts and ensure the wall remains a peaceful and respectful space for your pet's memory.
